[Return Refund] How do I return my item(s) using Shopee Free Return with J&T Express?

You can utilise J&T Express as a Shopee Free Return courier for items weighing 30kg and below.

 

Once your return request is approved, you can return the item(s) to the seller within 5 days using Shopee Free Returns with J&T Express at zero shipping cost.

 

For your reference, you may view the list of J&T Express outlets to see the hubs closest to you.

Here's how to enjoy Free Returns with J&T Express:

 

1. Raise a request using our app 📱

Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on To Receive
Step 3: Select the order you wish to request for a Return/Refund
Step 4: Click on the Return/Refund button
Step 5: Choose your Reason for a Return/Refund
Step 6: Fill out the Description Section
Step 7: Click on Submit
Step 8: Select Drop Off
Step 9: Choose J&T Express (Free Return)
Step 10: Click on Confirm

Step 11: Show the generated Barcode at the logistics centre

 

2. Pack the product 📦 

 

Pack the product in its original packaging before you drop it off at the logistics centre. This includes a carton box (if any) or additional packaging to protect the product. ​​​​​

 

3. Hand over the parcel 📄

 

Proceed to drop off the return parcel at the nearest J&T Express drop-off point before the cut-off date.

 

Show the generated Barcode to the Drop-off point personnel and they will assist you to print out the return airway bill (AWB).

J&T Express service staff will assist you in attaching the physical return AWB to the return parcel.

 

⚠️ Note:

 

  • You must return the item(s) to the seller within the specified time
  • Please ensure you select the return option within 2 days and visit the designated branch within 3 days 
  • Once the return parcel reaches the seller, they will assess the item(s) condition 
  • The seller will decide to accept or reject the returned parcel 
  • If a dispute arises, our Shopee Dispute team will mediate 
  • The refund is processed immediately if your request is approved, subject to the refund time frame of your payment method 
  • All the involved parties (buyer, seller, dispute agent) can track the parcel on the app
